Please join us outdoors at the John Baxter Amphitheatre on Sunday 31 October 2021 from 16h00 for our ever-popular Sunset Concert. Please bring your own picnic hampers and chairs, and dress warmly.
Admission is free, but donations on the evening to the Music Department are welcome.
For close on two decades, the WBHS Sunset Concert has presented Wynberg families with the opportunity to delight in the musical talents of our students and tap their feet to evergreen popular numbers across all genres. Co-ordinated annually by Mr Pete Catzavelos since his arrival at the School almost 20 years ago, the Sunset Concert story began humbly on the Hawthornden Field before moving to its current venue at the John Baxter Amphitheatre in 2010 to embrace all School ensembles, and most recently, the WBHS Pipe Band.
