WBHS Wins 9 Gold Medals at the UCT Maths Competition

Monday 22 August 2022: We’re delighted to announce that our Maths students took home nine gold medals in this year’s UCT Maths Competition. Approximately 150 schools took part, with each grade event entering around 700 pairs and 700 individuals. Gold medals were awarded to the top 10 individuals and the top three Pairs in each grade. WBHS was placed third in the Competition – a magnificent achievement, equalling the third place we earned in 2019.
