Wednesday 17 February 2021: Circular 8 – Essential Information for the Next Two Weeks

TEST PERIODS NEXT WEEK
Our next challenge is to have the boys writing online tests. The purpose of the circular is just to make both boys and parents aware of the test periods next week and how they will operate. As previously mentioned, from 1 March all boys will be back at school and test periods will be back to normal.

EARLY CLOSURE ON TUESDAY 23 FEBRUARY
The day will start with a test period followed by 4 academic lessons, and school will close at 11:00 to facilitate the Matric 2020 results announcement. We will be holding a function for these Old Boys and their parents from 12:00. There will be no sports practices on Tuesday.

A SOLUTION TO THE TRAFFIC PROBLEMS AROUND CAMPUS
We are aware of the traffic congestion around the campus in the mornings and afternoons. There have been a number of contributing factors – the construction in the back parking area, less sport, fewer boys using public transport and lift clubs, etc. We would like to offer the following solution.
