Friday 12 November 2021: Circular 56 – End of Year Assessments.
During last year, the DBE issued guidelines regarding the academic recovery plan to catch up work missed during the pandemic. Part of that guidance was the instruction that schools cancel exams in 2020 and 2021.
We are duly complying and will instead be running a period of year-end assessments from 12 November – 3 December. Boys do not have to come to school on days or mornings that they do not write. Grades 8 and 9 will have academic lessons for one more week before starting their assessments on 22 November …
