Friday 20 August 2021: Circular 39 – Grade 12 Student Vaccination Offer
Cabinet announced yesterday that Covid-19 vaccines will be open to all adults (18+ years) from today. We have received an offer from the Director of the Alexandra Road vaccination site (on the outskirts of Pinelands, near the Life Vincent Pallotti Hospital) to facilitate the vaccination of our Grade 12 students who are interested and eligible (i.e. over the age of 18) as a group, to assist families and individuals with this process.
The site can accommodate Wynberg Boys’ High on Wednesday 25 August from 14:00-16:00, and the Pfizer vaccine, which requires two jabs, will be administered.
