The Wynberg Gym welcomed a new facility manager, James Marx, as of 1 January. Mr Marx will take responsibility for the facility as well as the conditioning programmes for our boys. Up until now, we have had our top rugby and hockey players on conditioning programmes, but with the arrival of Mr Marx, we are hoping to expand this into other sports …
