We learnt early on Thursday 10 August that Ryder Kossatz, Grade 11, had been swept by waves from the rocks at Llandudno on Wednesday afternoon. Rescue efforts by the NSRI have been unsuccessful.
Our love, thoughts, and prayers are with Ryder’s family and friends.
WBHS sports teams are wearing black armbands this weekend, Headmaster, Deon Scheepers, called an Assembly on our fields on Thursday morning expressing hope and togetherness, and urged our lads to reach out to their Tutors, House Heads, and our team of Support Staff.
