All Members of the Wynberg Old Boys’ Union: Notice is hereby given of the WOBU Annual General Meeting at 18:00 on Wednesday 19 August 2020.
Due to the current restrictions on gatherings, you are invited to join the Zoom meeting.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.
The Union’s financial statements will be available, on request, from 17 August 2020.
Kindly note that all Committee positions are currently occupied by persons in the first of their two year terms. As per paragraph 4(g) of the Union’s Constitution, there will be no voting required to fill these positions.
Should any member wish to discuss any particular matter at the AGM, they are required to deliver a written notice of such matter to cramsay@wbhs.org.za no later than Friday 14 August 2020.
We encourage all members to take part and attend the AGM.
