Founders’ Day Ceremony – The Programme and Media Links

Friday 14 August 2020: Our traditional Founders’ Day Ceremony pays tribute to those who’ve gone before us and the enormous sacrifices made by so many in the face of adversity to ensure our school continues to grow as a leading educational institution, always building on the good traditions of our past.

In this time of Coronavirus, Founders’ Day was planned for social distancing, allowing tradition to meet innovation and take our ceremony from the Clegg Hall to our Wynberg Families wherever they might be. But in this year of unforeseen challenges the unexpected eleventh hour re-introduction of level 2 loadshedding by Eskom forced the cancellation of the scheduled live stream video broadcast. A recording of the event has been published to our Wynberg Media YouTube channel.
