… During 2021 WBHS engaged with professional consultants to ensure our full compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA) which came into effect last July. We are pleased to report that all our data storage, management, and communication systems are legally compliant.
The last legal requirement is to request you read the attached Consent Form, print and sign Point 8 – Consent, and return it to your son(s)’ Tutor no later than the dates below:
- Grades 8, 9, 10, and 12 by Friday 21 January 2022.
