Updated Wynberg Old Boys’ Union Annual General Meeting Notice to be held on Monday, 29 September 2025
In terms of Clause 6(b) of the Constitution, the Secretary of the Union is the authorised officer to convene General Meetings and accordingly issues this notice of the Annual General Meeting to be held as follows:

Business of the Meeting
(1) Approval of the Annual Financial Statements.
(2) Receipt of Portfolio Activity Reports:
- President
- Finance
- Liaison
- Communications
- Events
- Sport
- Facilities
(3) Election of Executive Committee positions.
(4) Vote on proposed Constitutional Amendments.
(5) Meeting Documents & Submissions
The Agenda, Annual Financial Statements, and the call for Portfolio Nominations and Proxies will be made available to members online by the close of business on Friday, 19 September 2025.
Should any member wish to table an additional matter for discussion at the AGM, please email a written notice to secretary@wobu.org.za no later than Friday, 19 September 2025.
Proxies: As provided for in the Constitution, proxy instruments must be in the format determined by the Committee and are valid for this meeting only. Details and forms will be included with the online documents.
We encourage all members to attend and take part in the governance of the Union.
